Azerbaijan Airlines: Plane crash in Kazakhstan while emergency landing  

On Wednesday, an airline named "Azerbaijan Airlines" got into a drastic plane crash carrying 67 passengers along with five crew members in-flight. The flight route was from the Capital, Baku, to Grozny in Russia. The plane crash occurred in the western part of Kazakhstan "Aktau."  The transport ministry of Kazakhstan shared the sorrowful information on "X."

The number of surviving passengers is 25. Of the 25 passengers, 22 of them were immediately rushed to the hospital for urgent medical care. As per the new agency of Russia, "Interfax," the search for live passengers is ongoing, and four passengers' bodies have been retrieved.  

Due to fog, Ember 190 aircraft flight J2- 8243 was shifted to another route previously going to Grozny. At time of the emergency landing, the plane caught fire about 3 km from Aktau. 

Cause of the emergency landing of Azerbaijan Airlines 

The prime reason for the emergency landing of flight J2 8243 is said to be the bird strike on the aircraft. As per the data, the passengers on board were the citizens of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.  

Several videos of plane crashes are circulating on numerous digital platforms, showing the aircraft tearing to pieces in the thrash. In a different video, the color of the aircraft and its registration number can be seen clearly.

The Kremlin-backed leader of Chechnya, "Ramzan Kadyrov," conveyed his deep condolences on the plane crash due to an emergency landing in Aktau. The leader said that he and others should pray for the fast recovery of the passengers who survived the plane crash.  

The pilot had to make the crucial decision to make an emergency landing after a bird strike, a statement was announced by Russia's aviation watchdog. The flight was crashed in Aktau, situated across the Caspian Sea from Azerbaijan and Russia.
